For those of you lucky enough to be in New Orleans this weekend for the Essence Music Festival be sure to check out the Carol's Daughter pop-up shop. The Carol's Daughter pop-up shop, which will be located at 531 Bienville Street in the French Quarter, will have a number of events going on throughout the weekend of the festival. Events at the pop-up shop will include everything from a meet and greet with R&B crooner Trey Songz to a daily happy hour.

Who: Trey Songz Partner with Carol’s Daughter to Celebrate Women
What: Guests will have the opportunity to meet Trey Songz
When: July 3, 5:30pm
Who: Meet Hawthorne star Jada Pinkett Smith
What: Guests will get a chance to meet leading actress of the TNT drama Hawthorne, Jada Pinkett Smith, and sample her favorite products
When: July 3, 6:30pm
Who: Carol’s Daughter Day
What: Enjoy free ice cream courtesy of Carol’s Daughter at the branded ice cream truck stationed outside of the store.
When: July 1st (all day)
Who: Meet Gospel Duo Mary Mary
What: Guests will have the opportunity to meet Gospel Duo Mary Mary.
When: July 4, 1:00pm
Who: Happy Hour
What: Join Carol’s Daughter for happy hour parties inside the pop-up store, with tunes from a different local DJ each day as well as beverages from Diageo and complimentary Cajun treats. A photographer will on hand to take guests pictures upon entering the pop-up store, which will be accessible at www.carolsdaughter.com/nola.
