Ladies you're in luck! Avon and Cosmopolitan magazine are teaming up to give women across the country free, frizz-free hair blowouts this month and next. The event will take place in Atlanta, Philadelphia, and New York City. Women taking part in the event will receive a free blowout, meet Avon’s Global Stylist Advisor Tippi Shorter, and take home free samples of Avon Advance Techniques Frizz Control Lotus Shield. Locations and dates are as follows:
• Atlanta — July 28
Atlantic Station, West District Street with Full Street Closure, 11am - 9pm
• Philadelphia — August 3
Walnut Street between 17th Street & 18th Street, Outside TD Bank, 11am - 9pm
• New York City — August 5, 11am - 9pm
